Denver Patio Ride

 

 

What is the Denver Patio Ride?

Denver Patio Ride is a multi-seated "barcycle" that is pedal-powered by its passengers.  Groups of up to 16 riders can fit on board for a sustainable and unique bar crawl experience.  A staff member is on board every tour serving as the host(ess) to steer, brake, and guide groups through our designated Ballpark and Larimer Loops where pre-arranged drink specials await our passengers at neighborhood bars.

 

What does it cost?

The full bike (8-16 people) rents for two hours at $260 on Monday & Tuesday (Industry Night!), $320 on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays, and $360 on Fridays & Saturdays.  Individual riders and small groups can reserve spots on our Public Pub Crawls for $30/seat.

 

How many people fit on the 

bike?

Up to 16 people can fit on board with your group; 12 sit on bicycle seats, 10 pedal, up to three lounge on the back bench, and one or two stand in the middle dugout.  

 

Do we have to drive it?

No, a staff member is on board every tour to drive and steer the unit, hosting and guiding groups safely from bar to bar.

 

What can we bring aboard?

You are welcome to coolers, snacks and refreshments.  No glass, beer cans or open intoxicants are allowed on board.

 

Where do we launch from?

We start and end at Billy's Gourmet Hot Dogs on the corner of Larimer & Broadway (2445 Larimer). 

 

 Is there music on board?

Yes!  We have a sound system on board and welcome you to bring your iPod/iPhone, mp3 player, or CDs along.  

 What if the weather is bad?

We ride rain or shine as long as it's safe.  We do have a rooftop over the bike so as long as you dress warmly in the cold weather, you should be able to avoid getting drenched.  If we do have to cancel tours due to severe weather, we will happily reschedule your tour, subject to availability. 

 

What is the cancellation  

policy?

$100 of the total cost is non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit toward a future ride (within the same season) if the reservation is canceled up to 10 days before the scheduled tour.  

 

What are your hours?

Time slots are from 3-5PM, 6-8PM and 9-11PM daily.

 

Do I have to rent the whole bike?

Not necessarily, there are two main booking options.  Individual riders and small groups can reserve spots on our Public Pub Crawls throughout the week ($30/seat).  Large groups can book the full bike for a flat rate and fit up to 16 riders on board. 

 

How old do you have to be?

Riders must be at least 18 years of age, and 21 to drink/enter the bars.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD.
